So, You’ve made it to this page. Maybe you just purchased one of my services, or you are curious about the process. You understand and agree that we will be need to have further contact to discuss important information such as (but not limited to) the scope of the project, deadlines, delivery type.
You agree to provide all of the communication requirements to get your purchase completed and delivered in the most appropriate manner.

Communication
You tell me what you need. I decide if your project is the right fit. If we aren’t, and you already paid…Look, I’m not keeping money I didn’t earn. I will refund you less any fees.

What a concept!
So this is where I will send you the concepts, rough sketch, spec sheet, thumbnails to choose from…whatever is appropriate for the project.
This is where ALL changes are to be made.

The first draft
This could mean different things depending on the project. Or we might skip this all together if it’s appropriate. You’ll know what to expect in the on this. (I’ll be sending specific forms or documents).
At this point we have already agreed on the concept and some specifics. Any changes added to the scope after this phase will require additional compensation. If this occurs I will be very communicative about this up front.

We Did it!!
I send you the work in the manner that we previously agreed. You will be invoiced for any additional amounts that we previously agreed upon. Invoices are due upon receipt.

Pesky Legal stuff
Returns or Credits
Pre-purchased items:
If in <Phase 1> we decide it’s not a great fit to work together for whatever the reason. You will be refunded minus any transaction fees.
<Phase 2>
You will be refunded less any incurred fees plus a cancelation fee for work already completed at 25%.
<Phase 3>
If this phase is entered upon agreement in <Phase 1> any cancelations or refunds at this point are at 50% the original amount.
If we agreed to skip this phase, the refund of 50% is not applicable.
<Phase 4>
I have already completed the work. We have communicated along the way on all aspects of the project. There are no refunds or cancellations at this point.
